Getting Started

Getting started is simple. Just give us a call at 502.235.4545 or send an email to daniel@crossfitlouisvilleeast.com to schedule your FREE Introductory Consultation. Consultations are about an hour long, and allow you to learn how our program works and experience a workout for yourself.

This session allows us to assess your current level of fitness, and allows you the opportunity to tell us what goals you want to meet. After your consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss enrollment options that give you access to our facility and the fitness classes we offer.

then:
10:00 EMOM of:
10-KBS’s (70/45)
5-Burpees

rest 3:00, then:

3 rounds for time of:
100ft Sled Push (190/145 including sled)
15-DB S2OH (50’s/35’s)

*This weeks scheudule changes: Wednesday we will close after the 4:00pm class. Closed all day Thursday. We will reopen for our 10:30am class on Friday.

*Coming Jan 1st…CrossFit The Ville vs. CrossFit Louisville East! Score for your team and bring home the bragging rights to East.
**Details: Come to class, do the WOD scaled as needed and receive 1 point for your gym. Do the wod RX and receive 2 points. RX+ (competitors program weight/reps) and receive 2.5 points. The gym with the most points each week wins bragging rights along with a “trophy” that will remain in the winning gym. Only class participants can score for their gym and only during class time so that a coach can verify your points. Class attendees must make sure their names and scores are on the board each day so that we can calculate the scores at the end of each night. This competion will continue until the 2015 CrossFit Open.**
