Getting Started

Getting started is simple. Just give us a call at 502.235.4545 or send an email to daniel@crossfitlouisvilleeast.com to schedule your FREE Introductory Consultation. Consultations are about an hour long, and allow you to learn how our program works and experience a workout for yourself.

This session allows us to assess your current level of fitness, and allows you the opportunity to tell us what goals you want to meet. After your consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss enrollment options that give you access to our facility and the fitness classes we offer.

CrossFit Louisville East Workout Of The Day

Wednesday, May 4th

Test Week

Squat Clean 1-1-1-1 to a 1RM

Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1 to a 1RM

then,

“Gator”

8 Rounds for time of:

5-Front Squats (185/125)

26-Ring Pushups

*Friday, Oaks Day, The Ville will close after the 12:00 class. Louisville East will be open for the 4:00 and 5:30pm classes.

*Saturday, Derby Day, The Ville will be closed. CrossFit Louisville East will have a free-to-all Derby workout at 10:00am. All other class times at Louisville East are cancelled.

*Starting Sunday, May 8th Louisville East’s 12:30 class will move to The Ville. Yoga will move from 10:00am to 11:00am starting this Sunday.

*Starting the Saturday, May 14th CrossFit the Ville will have classes at 8:ooam & 9:00am. Louisville East will have classes at 10:00am & 11:00am only.
