Getting Started

Getting started is simple. Just give us a call at 502.235.4545 or send an email to daniel@crossfitlouisvilleeast.com to schedule your FREE Introductory Consultation. Consultations are about an hour long, and allow you to learn how our program works and experience a workout for yourself.

This session allows us to assess your current level of fitness, and allows you the opportunity to tell us what goals you want to meet. After your consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss enrollment options that give you access to our facility and the fitness classes we offer.

*Memorial Day Murph is today at 9:00am at The Ville and 10:30am at Louisville East! All are welcome to attend. All other classes on Monday are cancelled.
