Getting Started

Getting started is simple. Just give us a call at 502.235.4545 or send an email to daniel@crossfitlouisvilleeast.com to schedule your FREE Introductory Consultation. Consultations are about an hour long, and allow you to learn how our program works and experience a workout for yourself.

This session allows us to assess your current level of fitness, and allows you the opportunity to tell us what goals you want to meet. After your consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss enrollment options that give you access to our facility and the fitness classes we offer.

12-12-12 Back Squats and Bent Leg Bridges



5 Rounds for time of:

11-Back Squats (185/125)

7-Strict Burpee Pullups (strict pushup, strict pullup to bar 12″ above reach)

400M Run

*CrossFit Kids today at 9:00am!

*We will be holding an informal powerlifting meet today at CrossFit The Ville at 10:00am, open to anyone interested. We will Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. You can participate in one or all of the events. We will judge and coach. No awards, just good friends and fun! If you’re interested please send an email to Eric at: fallscitystrength@gmail.com so that he knows how many to plan for. This is an opportunity to test your strength in a no pressure environment with great support!

*Sunday, May 31st we will be holding our annual Memorial WOD in honor of Adrienne Burgstaller. The workout will be at 1:00pm at CrossFit Louisville East. Everyone is welcome to join in for free. Donations will be accepted to go toward a college fund to benefit Jayden, Adrienne and Jason’s son.
