Wednesday, April 29th

“Leah” 60 squats, 50 pushups, 40 situps, 30 back extensions, 20 pullups, 10 box jumps (m-24″, w-18″).  3 rounds for time. (Class then did: Sled push (+90lbs) 100ft, stair run (3 flights), rope waves 100 reps, wall balls 30 reps.  1 round for time.)

Sunday, April 26th

Lynne:  Bodyweight bench press & max pullups.  5 rounds.  There is no time component to this workout so rest approximately 3-5 minutes between rounds and record reps/set.

“Logan” 15 Box Jumps, 30″ box, 15 Snatches w/ 95lbs, 15 Push Jerks w/ 95lbs, 500m row.  3 rounds for time.
