Monday, June 1st Powerlift Day: Work up to your 5RM on Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. 3 sets of 5 reps each not including “warmup” sets.

Sunday, May 31 200m sprint, 20 pushups, 20 double unders, 20 bodyweight rows, 20 back extensions, 20 situps, 100 rope waves, 20/leg walking lunges, 20 kettlebell swings w/36lbs. 3 rounds for time.
Saturday, May 30th Rest Day (unless you’re coming to one of the classes!)
Friday, May 29th 400m run, 20 SDHP (Men-95lb/Women-65lb), 20 Dumbbell Thrusters (Men-40lb/Women-20lb), 20 Double Unders. 3 rounds for time.
Thursday, May 28th Tabata Everything: Pullups, Pushups, Situps, Squats, Rower 8 rounds of each, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Score is total number of reps/calories.
Wednesday, May 27th 800m warmup, then 6 – 200m sprints. Then, go for a new PR on: Shoulder Press, Push Press, and Push Jerk. Focus on maintaining correct technique as you progress from warmup weight to your 1RM.
Tuesday, May 26th Rest Day.
