Monday, June 29th Tabata sets (8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off): -Treadmill Sprint, -Pushups, -Pullups, -Situps, -Squats. Rest 3 minutes between exercises. Your lowest number (or speed) on any given round is your score for that exercise. Add your 5 scores together for your total score for this WOD.
