Saturday, October 31st Happy Halloween! This workout should be scary enough: “JW” 5-250lb deadlifts, 10-burpees, 15-95lb push press, 20-pullups, 25-situps, 30-squats. 5 rounds for time.
Friday, October 30th Rest Day.
Thursday, October 29th 30-135lb Push Jerks for time. Run 2 miles as fast as possible.
Wednesday, October 28th 1/4 mile run, 15-135lb front squats, 20-pullups, 25-ring pushups. 3 rounds for time.
Tuesday, October 27th 3 rounds, 3 reps each for time: 135lb Snatch 155lb Clean & Jerk 235lb Bench Press 300lb Back Squat 315lb Deadlift
Monday, October 26th Rest Day.
Sunday, October 25th Gym Open 12-5. Heavy Day. Clean & Jerk: Start at 95lbs and do 1 rep every 30 seconds, adding 10lbs each rep. Go until you reach your 1 rep max. Run 3 miles.
Saturday, October 24th 100- 52lb Kettlebell Swings, 100- Jumping Lunges, 100-35lb Dumbbell Push Press, 1 Mile Run. For Time.
Friday, October 23rd 1/2 mile run, 20- 95lb Thrusters, 20- Pullups, 20-Knees to Elbows. 3 rounds for time.
