Wednesday, June 30th Practice: Handstand Ring Pushups (15 minutes) Then “Christine” 500m Row 12- Deadlifts w/bodyweight 21- Box Jumps (24″) 3 rounds for time.

Tuesday, June 29th 15- Knees-to-Elbows Left Arm: 1 Dumbbell Power Snatch, 1 Split (Squat) Snatch w/left leg forward, 1 Split (Squat) Snatch w/ right leg forward.  Repeat with Right Arm. 4 continuous sets per arm. (M-50lb/W-30lb) 15 Stair Runs. 2 Rounds.  Rest 5 minutes between sets.  Time each set individually.
