Sunday, November 27th 1 Minute: Shoulder Press 2 Minutes: Rower 1 Minute Rest. 5 Rounds. Score equals shoulder press weight x reps plus total meters rowed. Shoulder press weight must be at least 50% of your bodyweight for men, 40% for women.
