* All CrossFit classes can be scaled to accommodate nearly any fitness level.

CROSSFIT KIDS FEES ARE $8.00(PAY AS YOU GO). EACH ADDITIONAL CHILD IN THE FAMILY IS HALF PRICE!
Additional class times can and will be added as needed to accommodate demand.

Class Fees: No commitment, pay as you go! Can you only make 1 class/week? No problem, only pay for the classes you attend. All classes are now just $15 each for members, $20 for non-members.
Need committment, instruction from our CrossFit certified trainers, and the most cost effective way to attend any class you want? Unlimited CrossFit classes is only $125/month! That comes out to only $10/class when attending 3 classes per week. In addition your membership is included so you don’t pay the $35 membership fee!

Interested in CrossFit workouts? The CrossFit Elements Course is the best place to start! The CrossFit Elements Course includes three 1-hour personal training sessions. These personal training sessions will introduce you to the CrossFit methodology. You will be taught the basic functional movements most often used in our workouts with specific emphasis on placed on exercise technique, load, and safety precautions. These sessions will prepare you to safely participate in our CrossFit classes.
Unlimited Group Classes
Once you have completed the CrossFit Elements Course, you are ready to join the CrossFit Louisville East team and sign up for our unlimited group classes. One hour is allotted for these classes. Each class starts with a walk through demonstration of the workout, technique review, workout, and conclude with some stretching, additional workout, or exercise practice as time permits.
Individual Personal Training sessions are the best way to ensure that you meet your fitness goals. As trainers we are able to concentrate completely on you and your specific needs in one-on-one sessions. You will receive undivided attention and instruction concerning technique, workout safety, and desired intensity level. We track the progress you make with each workout, recording each set, repetition, and the poundage used in each exercise. We highly recommend one-on-one personal training sessions to every new client. A good compromise between individual attention and affordability is to do 1-2 one-on-one sessions and 1-2 classes/week.
Group Training is a good way to get more personalized attention at a discounted personal training rate. Groups of 2-10 people can reserve a time each week to meet for a session with one of our trainers. See the Fees page for information on pricing.
In-Home Personal Training
This option brings the workout to you! If you prefer exercising at home we can set up a workout room for you and train you in your home or bring the equipment to you! You don’t need much room or equipment to get in a great workout at home. We can also bring CrossFit workouts to your home in the Louisville area! The problem most people have when trying to workout at home on their own is that they sacrifice form and intensity. Eventually the consistency of their workouts suffers, and consistency is the key to improvement! We will bring the instruction and motivation to keep you consistent, you still have to do the work.
Yoga for CrossFit
Yoga develops flexibility, profound strength and corrects imbalances in the body. These imbalances are found across the board in sports where right or left-side dominance and overuse co-exist. An athlete with greater flexibility combined with strength is like a loaded spring – elastically agile with greater power output. As yoga increases an athlete’s range of motion, the body is able to make bigger and more powerful movements with less chance for injury.
What can yoga offer a CF athlete?
Yoga is a discipline that uses functional movements and requires skilled control of the body. Stretching aids in muscle-trauma recovery (faster repair of muscle = quicker strength/performance gains).
Most CrossFitter’s will not need more conditioning. Rather than approaching the class from a conditioning standpoint, the focus will be comprised of movements that stretch muscle, mobilize joints, and increase body awareness (especially of the core & lumbar form).
