Advantage Fitness is committed to delivering the most qualified, educated, experienced strength & conditioning specialists and personal trainers to our clients here in Louisville, KY. This is our commitment to our clients in order to achieve unparalleled results both safely and effectively. Our trainers stay up to date on the latest research by attending seminars and applying the information discussed in research journals. Another way we continue to learn is to practice what we preach…we train hard and record and compare our own results utilizing various training methods. *CrossFit Training *
We have personally seen phenomenal improvements in the following ten elements utilizing the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement”. CrossFit workouts are fun and very challenging as you compete against the clock, other clients, and most importantly your previous best. This ensures you consistently make progress and the progress comes rapidly!

Sport Specific Training
We have worked with athletes of all levels and ages. Children beginning their athletic career, high school, collegiate, professional and senior athletes have been some of our success stories. Many athletes require different training methods and training modalities and we are prepared for such athletes in our facility. We are confident we can make any athlete stronger, faster, and more agile for their specific sport.
Special Populations
We also have experience with those in need of special considerations when designing an exercise regimen. Whether it be joint replacement, arthritis, obesity, or limited movement patterns because of injury or disease we can structure a workout routine based on your needs.
Gym Rules & Regulations
1) When in session, CrossFit classes are allowed first access to all equipment and space needed in order to meet the needs of the class.
2) Children 16-18 years old are not allowed to use the facility without expressed written consent by parent or legal guardian, and must have a fitness membership. Children 13-15 years old are not allowed to use the facility without a parent, guardian, or an Advantage Fitness personal trainer present at all times. Children under 13 years old should not be in the facility except with an Advantage Fitness personal trainer. Small children are not allowed in the facility unless attending a clinic, training session, or are in the nursery.
3) Valuables should be left at home. Advantage Fitness, llc is not responsible for personal belongings brought into the facility. Members use the facility at their own risk. Proper exercise clothing will be worn; no zippers, buckles, open toed shoes, loose dirt or grease on clothing. Collars will be used on all barbell equipment and weights returned to their proper place. No foul or vulgar language. Members should not monopolize weight training equipment and should make every attempt to work in with others when needed. Members must notify the staff of any health changes, change of address, phone number, or billing account. Advantage Fitness, llc reserves the right to change operating hours and close on holidays.
